You are welcome to exchange your order within 5 days of receiving your order.
We take good care of our packaging by using wrap around our products and select the best couriers to ensure that your orders will arrive safely in your hands.
In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged, please provide photographic proof to our email thehouseoffairiescy@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery/shipping and we will replace your order.
Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.

- On the first burn, allow the candle to melt all the way to the edges of the container.This will take approximately 3-4 hours.
- Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before every burn.
- Burn the candle for no more than 4 hours at a time. This will prevent the wick from becoming too long and burning unevenly.
- Keep the candle away from drafts, as this can cause uneven burning and smoking.
- Store the candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Soy wax can melt in high temperatures, and sunlight can fade the color and scent of the candle.
- Always supervise the candle when burning, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
- Candle care instruction card is included in every order.
Please note that all of our candles are handmade and unique. As such, there may be some natural variations in color and texture from candle to candle. Also, due to the nature of the handmade vessels, some air bubbles can be trapped in the mold causing tiny wholes/imperfections which are absolutely normal. We do our best to ensure that each candle is of the highest quality and meets our standards, but please be aware that no two candles will be exactly alike.
