However, as we are based on a small island like Cyprus, some ingredients may need to be sourced from abroad.

We are pleased to announce that we currently offer worldwide shipping.

Cyprus: If you choose to have it home-delivered it will be 5 euros. If you choose at checkout to collect it from your closest pick up point, it will be 3.50 euros.

Greece: For Greece we offer home delivery at a rate of 12 euros.

Rest of Europe & the UK: If you make an order and you are located within Europe or the United Kingdom, the shipping cost will be 15 euros.

USA, Canada & UAE: For orders from USA, Canada and United Arab Emirates the shipping cost is going to be 20 euros.

If you are located anywhere else in the world and you can't see your country above, please contact us via email at thehouseoffairiescy@gmail.com to arrange it.

Once your order arrives at the pick up point of ACS or Akis Express, the courier we chose will send you a message or call you to inform you that your item has arrived at a designated pick-up-point near the address you have provided.

As a small business, we do our best to fulfill your order within 2-3 business days. In the rare cases that your order will be delayed, we will contact you to inform you.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification from us stating that your order has been collected by the shipping/delivery company and will arrive the soonest.

Your order is guaranteed to arrive within 24 hours from being collected from the shipping company.

We work with several trusted shipping and delivery companies. At the moment we work with ACS and Akis Express within Cyprus for domestic orders and we work with UPS for all international orders.

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email thehouseoffairiescy@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we currently cannot offer refunds. If you don’t like the candle you have ordered for any reason, please reach out to us by email at thehouseoffairiescy@gmail.com.  You are welcome to exchange your order within 5 days of receiving your order. The item needs to arrive in an unused condition with its packaging. The buyer is responsible for the delivery fee of the returned items. Please note that only collection items can be exchanged. Limited products, seasonal products or final sale products cannot be exchanged. Final sale products will be marked in the description.

We take good care of our packaging by using wrap around our products and labelling them as fragile as well as selecting the best couriers to ensure that your orders will arrive safely in your hands. In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged, please provide photographic proof to our email thehouseoffairiescy@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace your order. Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.

On the first burn, allow the candle to melt all the way to the edges of the container. This will prevent tunneling, where the wax burns only in the middle and leaves a ring of unmelted wax around the edge.

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting the candle. This will help prevent the wick from smoking and make the candle burn more evenly.

Burn the candle for no more than 4 hours at a time. This will prevent the wick from becoming too long and burning unevenly.

Keep the candle away from drafts, as this can cause uneven burning and smoking.

Always burn the candle on a heat-resistant surface and away from flammable materials.

Stop burning the candle when there is 1/4 inch of wax left in the container. This will prevent the container from overheating and breaking.

Store the candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Soy wax can melt in high temperatures, and sunlight can fade the color and scent of the candle.

Always supervise the candle when burning, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Use wax melts only in wax melters designed for this purpose. Do not use with oil burners or any other type of device not specifically designed for wax melts.

Begin by adding 1-2 wax melt pieces to your wax melter. Be sure not to overfill the melter, as this can cause the wax to spill over the edges.

Turn on your wax melter and allow the wax to melt completely. This will typically take 10-15 minutes, depending on the type of wax melter you are using.

Do not add water to the wax, as this will damage the melt and reduce the scent throw.

Never leave a burning wax melter unattended. Always supervise the melting process and keep the melter away from children and pets.

Once the wax has lost its scent, allow it to cool and solidify before removing it from the melter. You can then dispose of the used wax in your regular trash.

To change to a new scent, simply remove the old wax and add new wax melt pieces to your melter.

Clean your wax melter regularly to prevent buildup of old wax and residue. Simply use a paper towel to wipe out the melted wax while it's still warm.
