At The House of Fairies Candles & Home Décor Ltd, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and how returns, refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel your order by contacting us through our Returns & Cancellations page, by email, or by any other clear written statement before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Returning Products
Returned products must:

Be unused and in their original condition.

Be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Be adequately packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods.
Any original shipping charges may be refunded where required by applicable law.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalised products created to your specifications.

Products made specifically for weddings, corporate events, gifts, or special orders.

Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

Digital products, downloadable files, e-books, guides, templates, recordings, or online content once access has been granted or downloading has begun.

Services, workshops, courses, or events that have already been fully performed.
6. Workshops, Courses & Event Bookings
Workshop and course bookings may be cancelled up to 14 days before the scheduled date for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund. At our discretion, bookings may be transferred to another available date or converted into store credit.
Failure to attend a workshop without prior notice is non-refundable.
7. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable guides, e-books, templates, video recordings, and other digital content are final.
By purchasing and accessing digital content, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
